FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
We process orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment confirmation. Payments for orders must be made within 24 hours from purchase, with proof of payment sent to admin@twomamasinc.com. Once payment is confirmed, we will notify customer if order is ready to be picked up.
HOW WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
We will notify customers as soon as orders are ready to be shipped out. Booking of preferred courier and corresponding shipping fees will be c/o buyer. Please let us know through admin@twomamasinc.com should you need help with the booking of the courier.
WHAT I WANT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK. HOW LONG WILL IT BE TO GET RESTOCKED?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and direct deposit payments via BDO or GCASH. We will process your order as soon as we receive a scanned copy of your deposit slip or a screenshot of your bank/payment transfer via email. You may email your proof of payment along with your contact details to admin@twomamasinc.com. Please double check our account numbers to ensure that you make your payment to the correct bank accounts.
HOW DO I WASH MY AMICO BABY ITEMS?
The washing instructions vary per item. All our products have common care labels attached to them, kindly check for specific washing instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANTED TO RETURN WHAT I ORDERED?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. You can however exchange it for another item.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WHAT I ORDERED?
Amico Baby would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is damaged. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product. If you feel you have received a damaged product, please email us at admin@twomamasinc.com for further instructions.
